Terms and Conditions for HoneyTraffic
Last Updated: October 28, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HoneyTraffic website at https://honeytraffic.com (the "Website") and the HoneyTraffic service (the "Service"). By joining the waitlist, creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
The Service is provided by PASHA BORSAI s. r. o. ("HoneyTraffic", "we", "us", "our"):
PASHA BORSAI s. r. o.
Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava – mestská časť Rača, Slovakia
Company ID (IČO): 57830606
Tax ID (DIČ): 2123332838
Registered in the Business Register of the City Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, File No. 204455/B

2. The Service
HoneyTraffic researches your business, your competitors and relevant keywords, then plans, writes and publishes SEO and AI-search content for your website. Articles can be reviewed and edited in the dashboard and published through our WordPress integration, our Next.js package, our API or webhooks.
3. Who Can Use HoneyTraffic
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you use it on behalf of a company, that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.
4. Early Access
HoneyTraffic is currently opening to customers from a waitlist in batches. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a particular date. While we are in early access, features may change and we do not guarantee specific uptime or performance.
5. Accounts
You sign in with Google or a one-time email link; we do not store passwords. You must give accurate information about yourself and your business, keep access to your account secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
6. Plans, Prices and Payment
HoneyTraffic is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
Early-adopter pricing: the first customers may subscribe at a reduced early-adopter price, as shown on the pricing page. You keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price available at that time applies.
Renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will tell you in advance, by email, of any change to the price of your plan, and the new price will apply only from your next billing period.
Trial: we may offer a trial so you can see your keyword plan and sample articles before paying. Trial articles may carry a HoneyTraffic watermark.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract made online. Because the Service starts immediately, you ask us to begin providing it during the withdrawal period when you subscribe. If you withdraw within 14 days, we will refund the payment minus an amount proportionate to the Service already provided.
8. Your Content and AI-Generated Content
You keep ownership of the business information you give us and of the articles, keywords and images generated for your account. You give us permission to store and process that information only to provide and improve the Service.
Content is generated by AI and is meant to be reviewed before you publish it. We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, original or free of errors, and you are responsible for what you publish on your website. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, mention in AI answers, traffic or business result.
9. Integrations
If you connect Google Search Console, WordPress, our API or a webhook, you authorise us to use that connection to provide the Service, for example to read search performance data or publish articles to your site. We only request the access we need. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or abusive content; not to attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service; not to resell the Service without our written permission; and not to use it to scrape or attack third-party websites beyond the normal research the Service carries out for you.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DataForSEO, Stripe, Resend, Supabase, Inngest and Vercel. We are not responsible for their services, and features that depend on them may be affected by their availability.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, misuse the Service or fail to pay. Where reasonable, we will warn you first. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. After your account is closed, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those set out in these Terms, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.
If you are a consumer, you may also use alternative dispute resolution. In Slovakia this is handled by the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, https://www.soi.sk).
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If the changes are significant, we will let registered users know by email before they take effect.
17. Contact
For any questions about these Terms, contact PASHA BORSAI s. r. o. at pashaborsai@gmail.com.
